I along with Coldwell Banker have been paperless for years! This means we can walk you through and complete many of the steps of the home buying process, virtually.

 

 

With regard to social distancing, I can set up a private showing to ensure no other potential buyers are viewing the home at the same time, especially if the home is vacant.
